This workshop aims to bring together a diverse group of researchers from quantum information, condensed-matter, high-energy, and mathematical physics backgrounds to share ideas and explore strategies for tackling physical problems using tools from random matrix theory and operator algebras. Focuses of this workshop include (but are not limited to) applications of free probability theory in physics, energy/entropy inequalities in quantum field theory and gravity, and non-Hermitian random matrix theory and dissipative quantum physics.
