Certain ice-covered moons in the solar system, such as Europa and Enceladus, are thought to overlie oceans of liquid water. However, the ice-ocean dynamics of these systems are not well known. The goal of this workshop is to facilitate collaborations across a broad spectrum of researchers to better understand the ice-ocean dynamics of these icy moons and how the configurations of their ice shells may help shed light on possible ocean circulations.
