My research focuses on strongly interacting quantum field theories. The collective behavior of many strongly interacting constituents governed by simple microscopic laws can display a variety of behaviors at long distances. In my work, I apply a variety of techniques and observables to understand these systems. The main framework I use is holographic duality that geometrizes many aspects of strongly coupled dynamics. It is particularly useful for studying aspects of entanglement. Entanglement entropy encodes useful information about renormalization group flows. It is a challenge to extract this information and learn about strongly coupled dynamics through this window.
